New Bath and Stall

The service was amazing!! Can't believe how much work was involved, done extremely well and very professional. End result, so HAPPY and wish I had done it sooner!! Highly recommend Bath Fitters.

Overall the bathtub looks very good, but we are disappointed that the tub and "shelf area" was not moulded in one complete piece. There are three very distinct seams of caulking that really stand out.

I had a complete tub surround installed . Adam Met me at the property and gave me a free quote provided options and gave me the price and approx time to have it installed. I called that afternoon to book it A follow up call was given the day before to confirm our appointment and the installer was there on time. The quality of the install was excellent and there was no mess for me to clean up. It was a true pleasure doing business with Bathfitters and their team.

The installation was done quickly and efficiently with no issues, and we are very pleased with the final results. However the time from the sales call and also the acceptance of the down payment exceeded the time frame that we were told. The only reason that we chose bathfitters was because the install would have taken place quickly. My wife had fallen exiting the existing the old bath/shower and had broken her shoulder, thus we wanted it replaced ASAP. The sales rep told us he would take this into consideration, and try to speed up the process. Still it took two phone calls to arrange the install, which still exceeded the original 9 week outside window. I cant help but feel that had we contracted home installs or some other big box installer, we would have had much the same results faster.

Just what we were looking for!

With seniors in the house we needed a solution to help everyone feel safe. Bath Fitter provided that solution for us. From the consultation estimate through to the install our concerns were addressed and we could not be happier with the results. We had a very small space for Glen to work in and he kept his wonderful sense of humour throughout the two day installation. The only improvement may have been a shorter wait time for the actual installation. Thanks so much for giving us piece of mind and providing such a great service.

I’ve waited a long time to fix the shower area of my bathroom and am so glad I chose Bath Fitter. Everything looks so clean and beautiful. I really didn’t want to use it. I was very impressed with the person who installed it. He kept us informed of any changes he was making, (replacing board due to mold, raising the height of our shower...). He was easy to talk to and cleaned up nicely after himself. I want to thank you very much. I could not of made a better choice and can’t wait to show my friends and family. I will highly recommend you!

Only negative was the cleaning that needed to be done after Every inch of bathroom walls needed to be dusted Floors washed Cabinets, toilet and sink cleaned
