A little slow

In 2017 Bath Fitter installed a 3 sided shower wall. Early Feb 2019 we noticed the back wall was bowing out on one area and a person from Bath Fitter inspected it and determined it needed to be replaced. Mid Feb I called and was informed it would take 8 - 10 weeks. Late Feb I was informed it would be early April. In late March I was told it was delayed to early July. In late July I finally got a confirmed date for end August. The installer, Andre, removed the entire wall and re-installed a new one. He repaired some pre-existing issues that were missed when the wall was installed in 2017. I inquired about installing a dome ceiling at the same time. Done. The only thing it cost me was the dome ceiling. No installation or labour costs and Andre was there the whole day and did an excellent job. If it wasn't for Andre I would have given a 3 star rating, because there were no straight answers as to when the shower wall would be replaced. If you need Bath Fitter ask for Andre Boudreau for the installation.

We had the tub in our on-suite converted to a shower. The installer arrived on time and started immediately. He worked steadily through the day and before he left cleaned up. He returned the next morning and completed the job in a timely fashion. Before he left that day he gave me very useful information. The bathroom was left immaculate. I will recommend your company to anyone I can.

I had obtained a couple quotes on fixing my bath/shower, but chose Bath Fitters because they took the time to go over everything with me, how it worked and what my options were as well as the eta from the time I ordered. When I made my deposit I knew exactly what I was getting and there were no nasty surprises. Highly recommend.

We had our bathtub and shower done today and Glen the installer was very professional and kept us informed of what he was doing. Very impressed with the finished product . Explained how to take care of our bathroom and told me to register the warranty online. Would recommend Bath Fitters of Nova Scotia and PEI

The whole process from start to finish was professional, straight forward with no surprises or hidden fees/costs. Our installer, Chandler, was unbelieveable; respectful of our home, professional and based on our finished product, an artist with his work. He answered any questions we had, kept us informed of his process and timelines, cleaned up after the job and discussed care of the finished product. We are extremely happy with the results and will enjoy our new bath for years to come!

Service team leaves a lot to be desired. Unit was installed last year & on two occasions I had to call for service. The first time I had to call back because they did not respond. I made the second call, almost two weeks ago, have not heard from them at all.
