Mark was Very professional and provided a quote on the spot. There was a delay in the time promised for work to be done but over all I am very pleased with the job. Darryl our installer does amazing workmanship.

The pre authorization interview was fine. The install was very professional. The two calls to the office were frustrating and left us with doubts as to whether we were doing the right thing. At no time during the two conversations we had with the office were we told that our concerns would be looked at and answered. Instead we were told that what was on the work order regarding timing was as is and we would have to wait. Just because you had an installer off is not a reason for timing delays especially when we had to wait for eleven weeks to get our install. Other arrangements should have been made

installer ok. couple hiccups but repaired to satisfaction. Office and admin needs to start returning calls to their customers to address issues. For that reason , 1 star for office
