Pricing: fair Communication: quick responses but lacking When I asked for a carfax they said they don't have one. In my 20 years of car buying it's the first time a dealership would not provide a Carfax. So, I had to pay for one out of pocket. When I read the Carfax I understood why they didn't want to provide one. When questioned further on the history of the vehicle I was ghosted by the dealership. Never had this experience before from a Toyota dealership.

Although a CarFax can be a useful tool, there can be gaps in that reporting style as well. For instance, if a vehicle service is done at a privately owned shop, it isn't reflected in the report. Any Saskatchewan vehicle sold through our dealership has the SGI report showing that it was registered and if the vehicle was involved in an accident (s). Toyota vehicles serviced through a Toyota dealership are well documented showing details about the service and timing of those services. It is not our practice to 'ghost' customers and it is unfortunate that you feel that this occurred. Further investigation into this instance will take place. Thank you for sharing your concerns.

Dropped off truck and picked it up. Service dept staff stayed late so I could pick up my truck same same day.

Factory recall of potential wiring harness issues....appt set up, work done, had to go back because of some missed bolts not being put back on..no biggie....every pencil has an eraser

My name is Crystal. I purchased a grown up car from Brian and he found one that fit my budget and still had everything I wanted. Almost two months later my tires shredded, Darcy and the guys in service went out of their way to stand buy their product they sell and got me four brand new tires and made sure I was safe on the road again. The guys at rainbow make sure your safe on the road and defiantly stand by their word.
