I would like to start by saying that I have never had a good experience purchasing a new vehicle until I came to Brantford Honda. I would like to give high praise to my salesman, James Rijneveld. James was very professional, polite and went above and beyond. James was very attentive to my needs during the whole process of purchasing my vehicle - I never once felt pressured or rushed. James was very personable and was always quick to respond to my emails/phone calls.. I would highly recommend anyone in the market to visit James at Brantford Honda.

With a service manager and advisor were very helpful with our last service. I had a small problem with the warranty but the service manager went out of his way and made it right. Thanks guys great job

Our salesman Brad was great! He found us a car we absolutely love!! Everyone at Honda treat you great and are very nice! Thank you so much for everything!! We couldn't be any happier!!

Although not quite completed yet, so far… my daughters purchase of a used car from Danielle/Brantford Honda has been a smooth, pleasurable, and honest experience. Having bought a number of cars, and as a concerned dad helping and teaching his daughter the ins and outs of buying a car, Danielle offered friendly, confident thorough (and no false pressure) customer service (some of the best I have seen in the auto industry) answering and often anticipating our questions. She did not come off as a know it all and actually indicated she did learn something from me as well. She wanted our business, and was willing to earn it by addressing and satisfying all of our questions and concerns. This included showing my daughter how to measure remaining tire tread, Danielle promptly taking the vehicle to my personal mechanic to have the car and especially brakes inspected (a half hour drive from the dealership) and contacting Brantford Hyundai to verify service records which would validate the remaining Hyundai comprehensive remaining warranty (about 2-1/2 years worth). Danielle is an honest, friendly and warm, patient. thorough saleswoman, willing to earn your business; who you would be pleased to buy a car from. Thanks Danielle for making my daughters first car purchase a truly pleasurable and learning experience!

Where do I even begin? From the moment I spoke with Danielle via a brief phone conversation she made the purchase of my first vehicle a thorough, exciting, and simply incredible experience. Danielle offered the highest level of customer service I have experienced (in the car industry definitely and honestly any industry!). When I was able to finally go into Brantford Honda to view and test drive the used vehicle, she greeted my father and I with a welcoming smile, sincere honesty and an authenticity notable instantly. In my many interactions with car sales people, Danielle offered the highest level of thoroughness I saw and has a lot to teach those that have been in the industry long before her. After test driving the vehicle, my father and I were concerned about the brakes and so Danielle took it upon herself to take the vehicle in to our personal mechanic during her work hours. She contacted Brantford Hyundai for us to find service records and truly supported us in every single inquiry we had (and we had a lot! haha). Danielle is a warm, patient and caring woman and you should consider yourself lucky if you get to purchase a vehicle from her! In her past work she took care of people and that experience really comes through in her current line of work. It is rare to meet someone so kind, intelligent, and giving in the car industry. Thank you so much Danielle for making my experience so special. I will always remember my first car and the woman who sold me it! ~
