Took me right away and were very friendly to explain the procedure.Wait was not as long as they thought it might be.why are terms and conditions needed and not explained.I had to press yes to send but do not agree to something I am not explained.

Spent money to replace a negative battery cable, the problem wasn't resolved, now more money is needed and problem still persists

Not withstanding the final bill ($3500), the service was excellent . Ryan did a very good job of explaining what was happening. A car was provided because the length of the service extended beyond a day. That was appreciated.
