They had me scheduled for the services requested and when I arrived they asked me about having my maintenance completed as well which was due in 2 weeks. I really appreciated this as it saved me from having to go back in another 2 weeks. All the services were performed as requested and the vehicle was ready when promised.

Even if my older car is starting to require more maintenance, I still receive the same level of great customer service from all levels of staff at Murray Chev. It is truly appreciated.

always get great service at Murray, Just one little detail this last time they forgot to put an oil change sticker on my car which made me wonder if I actually got an oil change?

Had my truck in for a few issues. Three times, replacing a major component and a minor piece only to find out the issue was a loose screw. Been dealing with Murray Chevrolet for a few years and I've stated before I think there is lack of experience or careless employees in the back. Don't blame the advisors in anyway. I brought my vehicle in with a complaint in the lower front end of my truck. For some reason my windshield pillar panel was removed and damaged/not put back on properly. This has happened on a previous vehicle and I had to argue to get it replaced. Truck was brought into the dealership in 4x4 and returned in 2WD stating they cannot duplicate my problem. The problem isn't there in 2WD so that's a simple reason why they cannot duplicate it. Cannot stand bringing my vehicle in for service here other than for oil changes but it's the most convenient place and I just deal with the headaches as they come.
