I had great communication with my sales rep. Brett, I felt that I was a valued costumer and that is mostly because of his service that I went back to Bytek after visiting a lot of dealers ! I'm happy with my purchase!

I recommend Bytek to anyone looking for a car. David Vaughan helped me buy my first car ever, and I have to say, it was a really great experience! He is very friendly and has a cool and calm approach to helping you find a car. I felt very comfortable and not at all pressured to buy. He's checked in with me from time to time since I bought my car almost 3 years ago, to see how I'm liking it. I love the service I got at Bytek. They're always happy to help, and go the extra mile to make your experience noteworthy. My experiences with the service department have also been great - they vacuumed my covered-in-dog-hair Jetta each time I've brought it in. (Routine mileage check-ups, no issues with the car!)

We had a great first impression with David Vaughn at Bytek VW. David understands what we are looking for and was very knowledgeable on the Tiguan. He acknowledged that we were just test driving the vehicle to get a feel for it during the winter months and didn't try to push the sale as he understands that we aren't looking to buy until the spring. I would recommend my friends and family to visit David at Bytek for their next vehicle.

Bought a Tiguan from Bytek just over a year ago and absolutely love the vehicle! My experience with Bytek so far has been great. David Vaughan and the sales team have been awesome to deal with, answering any questions or concerns I've had. And I have been very impressed with the service team. Rawad Taha and Greg Taylor, in particular, have done a great job, proactively dealing with a few issues with the vehicle, while ensuring I was inconvenienced as little as possible. Very happy customer so far!
