They are just interested in selling, service center and repair is for show only very poor service. I had a worse experience with my platinum rust it’s just a grimc to earn money for dealerships. No proper records are kept as mine took them more than 15 days to get it . I won’t buy my next car from Any of The Murray even if what I want is only available there.

This was the best service I have received from your dealership. 1 out of 3 total oil changes was good.

Poor service. Poor customer relations. Really disappointed. Were clearly not interested in helping us with our problem. How they could not find the loose moulding that we showed them was hanging there I don't know. And charging $90 to diagnose what was wrong?? I fixed it at home in 5 minutes.

I paid for a Service 3, they serviced my brakes and then told me the rear brakes needed replacement. After the $400 service pkg they gave me a $4000 quote in maintenance work. They told me my suspension needed replacement (around $1000), a second opinion found only a ball joint needed to be replaced (part $50).

I was in for a recall notice. The front desk told me 15 minutes and they closed in 15 minutes. The service desk told me 45 and that it could be done while I waited. As I was not in a rush, there was no problem, but it struck me that the messages should be closer than a 30 minute differential. When I got home, I realized that they had not replaced one of the valve covers so that entailed another visit to the service bays.

I came in for an oil change & told service person about the noise. I waited for the car & someone came out and said that the rear caliper was leaking. He gave me an estimate. I contacted my wife's garage to take a look. They told me that the caliper was not leaking but another part that had broken off that was hitting the car when I hit a pothole. Needless to say I'm not overly impressed with your good work.
