Overservice you if you don't pay attention. Do not go by their stickers they put in the windshield. They try to get you in every 3 months. Also, made an appointment for air conditioner to be fixed and a service 2. They didn't look at the air conditioner at all. They did the service 3 which is 300 dollars more. The sticker in the vehicle said service 3 but the car was only at 62000 kms. The stickers they put on the windshield are deceptive and wrong mess up all the time.

Richard and his team at Murray are the most professional, knowledgeable and friendliest group of people. Nelson is the best salesman( super friendly, but never pushy) knew his products extremely well. I will and have recommended Murray Hyundai to everyone I meet. PS. This is my 5 Hyundai vehicle!

I called in to buy winter tires and have them mounted on the rims that i provided. Long story short they installed tires on brand new steel rims, despite my instructions. I didnt even drive it off the lot, before i went back inside to inform them of their mistake. The technician insisted that is what i wanted, and the dealership manager also sided with the technician. My ultimatum from them was keep the rims, or pay for the mounting and remounting to correct the issue. Sleazy salesmen-type attitude all around. Im going to another hyundai dealership and hope for better service.

Great experience at Murray Hyundai today for a scheduled service call. Recall issue dealt with efficiently which I wasn't aware of prior! Staff friendly & knowledgeable .Very positive energy in the showroom waiting room. Courtesy car wash much appreciated . Thanks Murray Hyundai �
