No follow up on work done. Advisor very inexperienced and unable to answer most questions. Checklist given at end with no details. Promised email response with questions left but no response. Left in dark to most details.

The manager listened to my complaint when I brought it in for a recall and inspection. They refunded the diagnostic charge and washed the engine to properly inspect it for leaks.

I was welcomed immediately on getting out of the vehicle and was attended to promptly thereafter. They ordered a shuttle for me and let me know when they were nearing completion so that I could arrange a shuttle ride back. All in all it was a pleasant experiencel

Will not purchase here again

I have brought my vehicle i for regular service on Saturdays as I work during the week. My vehicle has had some issues I have mentioned to the service person on duty when I was there. Each time I have been told that I need to speak to a service manager. It is disappointing and inconvenient that you do not have a service manager on duty on Saturdays. My vehicle was written off this week and I will be purchasing another vehicle in the next week, but I will not be purchasing from your dealership again due to what I perceive is a lack of customer service. It is unfortunate because Tony Dang, my salesperson, is fantastic and I would have been happy to bring him my business again.
