I had a lovely experience shopping for a used vehicle with Wheaton Chevrolet. Kirk was wonderful, professional, and incredibly helpful when I was having troubles with my car. He gets 10 out of 10! The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because I had to get some work done on the car through Wheaton, and it was given back to me with exposed wiring and parts of the battery on the ground on the drivers side. The car had also not been driven close to the door as they said they would do, and it was covered in snow. Likely, it was a miscommunication amongst the personnel. When I did mention this however, the shop guys were quick to admit that wasn't right and they fixed it for me free of charge.

delt with Archie many years ago with another company , purchased 3 cars with him , then went to a different brand for a few years , and now came back for a truck and Archie was as helpful as always.

They have always had top notch service. Only place in town I go for oem parts for my GM cars. Their parts department have went over and above to find things for me that I have needed like a few interior parts and a piece of an engine mount I otherwise would have had to get at a wrecker. Their body shop is also top notch. They painted my fiberglass hood and spoiler for a very reasonable price and the paint matches about as perfect as it can be for a almost 20 year old car. Would think it came from the factory like that. Thanks guys again!
