On Dec 15/17 I leased a 2018 Equinox, on Dec 19 I took it in because front passenger seat wasn’t pumping up. They couldn’t look at it that day so I made an appt for the 21 to have it looked at. They told me they would call when ready.... I had to call them... and was late for work because of the oversight, And they were to order a part for the seat. On Dec 26 service engine light came on... so I did not drive it until the 28th to take it in... there were 1300km on it and a full tank of gas. They said the turbo was frozen and they couldn’t look at it that day so I left it there. I was given a rental... a small car that I couldn’t even get my dad’s walker into either back seat or trunk! I got a call Jan 2/18 to pick up my vehicle.... it now had 1507 km on it and only 1/2 tank of gas. When I questioned them... they told me that’s how it was when I dropped it off..... like I am the one who doesn’t know what amount of miles or gas I had in it... no apology... no explanation... only this survey. I have called General Motors and have had someone at least take me serious

oil change, very good everything went well. it was reasonable quick. I will be back in six months for the next oil change

I drove up to Wheaton on December 22 at 1100 because the engine light had come on in my Malibu. I spoke to Jeff and he told me that my car could be looked at at 1300 and he would call me back as soon as he know. By 1320 I had my answer and my car would be read at 1500. I had a ride home and back to the service department. I did not expect this on the Friday before Christmas but was vert pleased and am sure I would not have gotten this anywhere else. Thank you very much. A few years ago it was Ken that went out of his way to find my Malibu for me.
