Jacksons Toyota really went above and beyond. We had an accident happen with airbags in a customers vehicle, none of my mechanics were sure what had happened, so to make sure it was done right for the customer, we sent it to the dealer. In this case, Jacksons Toyota. From Jonathan in parts to Derrick in service, everything was done very quickly, they came in $1500 under their quote and I was impressed with the communication. Thank you very much for everything Jacksons! Making this edit a couple months later, Definitely meant to specifically mention Dave in my review, he didn't have much to do with this whole experience, but any other time I call for parts, he is the guy I get 9/10 times. He is always super professional, knows what I am looking for even if I dont, and gets the job done efficiently. Always happy to deal with Dave!

Very friendly making Appointment on the phone. Upon arrival staff were very helpful in showing me how to use sign in kiosk. Kept me informed at various times of day as to the progress of what was wrong, what needed to be repaired and how long it would be. Upon pickup the staff explained what was done and was overall professional. They made sure everyone was safe at all times.

The beginning of my experience was a little bumpy but Andrew and Anthony quickly stepped in and made the outcome of my experience terrific! Andrew was diligent in keeping in touch with me in regards to the delivery of my new car! I wouldn’t hesitate recommending Jackson’s especially Andrew to anyone I know!

Had a maintenance service 1(65$) . The service advisor told me i have 2 nails in my rear tire and its 80$ plus tax to fix it. I decided to fix it alone. I been looking for the nails for over a week now ,i end up taking all 4 of the wheels off the vehicle for inspection .No nails or air leaks have been found Not trust this place no more. Toyota canada should check their loyalty
