My first service of my new car I used the contactless drop off had no idea what I was doing. There was an associate there at the time and she was so helpful. She made me feel like I was important Saw the associate who sold me my car(Arian) and he came over outside masked and distanced and he was so friendly asking if I was still enjoying the car. And generally cared It was a fantastic experience

Felt very well taken care of, really made me understand the process to ensure I was comfortable. They really went out of their way to make sure I got what I came in for and then some. I'll be coming back for sure to renew my lease. Appreciate everything they did for me and the time they took to make sure I was happy. Highly recommend. 👍

Everybody was very helpful and everything went well. Lisa at the front desk was amazing, helping me with using the kiosk and calling me an Uber to and from the dealership.

It has been my first visit to Jackson Toyota in Barrie, service department is professional and courteous. I am pleased with the thorough care and detail to my cars needs. Will most definitely be a repeat customer there.

Two cars, normally same maintenance every year

I have two Toyota, a 2015 Camry XSE and a 2019 Rav4 Ltd. Every year I change the oil and change the tire. This year I am in another province, because I am in the Canadian Armed Forces, I have been posted in Ontario. I ask peoples where I can have a good service from a Toyota Dealer, they all said Jackson Toyota in Barrie, good. So I used their website for scheduling my services (Oil change and tire rotations). They did my Rav4 perfectly, but for the Camry, just the tires. So I call back, « Ok sorry, come back we will do it express... » yeah I waited two hours just for my first appointment, I don’t think I will do it again just for an oil change that you miss. I remember calling Toyota 2 days prior to make sure that they have everything in their system, and I received a big Yes no problem. I will have to find another one, there is one in Collingwood.
