Fast and efficient.

I was able to confirm my oil change over the phone for the time and date requested. When I arrived , the service technician was very polite and had my oil changed and i was on my way within 20 minutes. Even during this pandemic Toyota continues to provide excellent service.

My husband and I. purchased our brand new Toyota Sienna 2021 two months ago. And very specific to the salesman that I need a remote starter because I have 6 children and one is toddler and winter is cold. Yes I got one that have remote starter but doesn’t work I bought back to your dealership and poor customer service until now is not working and this is 2021 latest model I would need to talk again with this dealership hopefully this will resolved not happy taken kids to school with this cold weather. I used to like Jackson Toyota because they use to be good what happened brand new 2021 vehicle is not working properly very disappointed.

Told my 2010 Tacoma possible needed a few thousand dollars work. Asked for an appraisal, told my truck was worth 1000 on trade in. Next day,contacted by a friend of a employee of Toyota who wanted to buy my truck, and felt 7500 was a fair asking value. You tell me, are they scamming/ screwing customers???

It takes a lot of effort to make these appointments happen. We dropped the car the night before etc I wasn't expecting to pay $75 and have nothing done to the car? It comes across as a money grab which leaves a bad taste for future business. What really bothers us is that the drivers side mirror is broken and there was no mention of it? If the appointment is for a once over checkup not detailing the broken mirror makes us feel like things were obviously missed.
