I recently purchased my very first truck and its also my first financed vehicle and I chose Jackson toyota because of the good reviews and it being a long time family owned business. I had the pleasure of dealing with Andrew Black for sales and Danielle Hay for financing. Both of them made the process incredibly satisfying and I felt very comfortable/safe and happy with the whole process as this was all new to me with even a few laughs throughout the day. I would highly recommend if you're looking to upgrade to the king of vehicles go see the team at Jacksons toyota you will not be disappointed!!!

Recent purchase and 1st service

I recently purchased a 2021 tundra from Jackson’s Toyota and couldn’t have been happier with my purchase and the sales team that helped me. I just got my truck back from its first service and again the person I dealt with over the phone was very respectable and helpful. After reading the report I was happy with everything that they went over. I will be taking my truck there for the rest of its life. If I could have voted a higher star rating I would. I recommend Jackson’s Toyota with all my heart.

We contacted Jackson’s Toyota for a recall. We made an appointment for a couple of days. We found out the next day that they didn’t have the part! That should have been checked BEFORE making the appointment. However they said the part would be arriving and made our appointment again. We dropped off our truck the night before the appointment. Then we received another call saying that they still didn’t have the part and do not know when it will be in. Ok so we went to pick up our truck. But the weird thing was we were to call in to find out of the part is in??? How does that work. My husband said no you call us when the part is in. That only makes sense! This is our first dealing with this dealership! And whenever this recall is done WIlL be our last. Mazda down the road is much better and reliable for service!
