One small detail was indicating that there may have been a broken taillight to me when the rep was unsure if it was actually my truck causing unnecessary concern until they it was in fact not my truck by going to double check. Perhaps the double check could have occurred before speaking with me. Human error happens, we all do it, and the rep apologized and clarified. It just made me then worry about the replacement cost, was it broken when I dropped it off, how would I not have noticed, was it broken there, would this now be “debate” of who is responsible for the cost etc. Overall, excellent service withe the one suggestion to triple check that the vehicle issues are indeed for that vehicle. Traded in a leased vehicle. Our associate was extremely helpful, and extremely knowledgable! Wasn't sure exactly what we were looking for, but was directed in the perfect direction with some options available. Everyone in the process from start to finish were very friendly and professional!!

January 15, 2021 Had a meeting with Justin McNutt, his attention to detail when it came to customer service was beyond excellent! He provided before and after video messages regarding our meeting. Unfortunately I did not proceed to finance one of their Tacoma’s because of their high percentage rates. However if you interested in buying a new or used vehicle I highly recommend JUSTIN MCNUTT!!
