Had a concern, and left message for service to call re this, 3 days later still no call!

Paid for detail, dirty windows and spots on carpet not vacuumed. Cannot see out of windows streaked so badly. Called and left message to call me, three days later no call back.

I worked for a very large Ontario Corporation that has a discount purchase program with Toyota for employees and pensioners. I have bought 4 Toyotas over the last decade for myself and family. Clarington, Whitby and Race Toyota in Lindsay have never questioned my discount for new and used and have always applied it with fairness based on purchase price. We get a more or less fixed discount rate for new and the used discount is negotiated. Jackson Toyota is the first dealership I have been to that did not seem willing to acknowledge it and certainly was not overly willing to apply it. They first tried some fancy doubletalk with me to avoid it but did eventually relent to offer a token discount but not in line with my expectations based on previous dealer experience. Although they were courteous and the car offered was excellent, I didn't like getting the friction over asking for a discount that our corporate employees receive at all Toyota dearlerships province wide. Needless to say, I passed on the car and will go back to a dealership that demonstrates more corporate respect. One star for offering a quality car, one star for courtesy, minus three for giving me friction over a few hundred dollars. Jackson Toyota needs to reassess their social licence and be a better corporate partner.

Picked what we wanted without pressure, drove a test vehicle on two separate visits to be sure. Ordered our vehicle without issue and received it earlier than promised. Overall a pleasant experience. I recommend Jackson’s Toyota Barrie

Fast, courteous, knowledgeable all while maintaining that sense of customer urgency. Accommodated my vehicle knowing that my wife and I were both on call that wknd and understood how important it was for us to have two vehicles as we are frontline workers. Thank you Toyota.
