Efficient and effective

Scheduling of my vehicle service appointment, drop off, servicing and pick up was seamless, despite Covid restrictions. I am pleased with Jackson Toyota vehicle service experience.

The car was in for an airbag recall. Covid lockdown was in place. I had problems with the automatic kiosk. Staff were attentive and helped make my experience a good one.

I had my scheduled maintenance done which involved the regular oil change as well as brakes. The technician was very friendly and helpful and suggested that I also have the fuel injectors cleaned due to the age of my vehicle so I also had that service done as well. He explained everything that was being done to both myself and my husband and went over the costs with us.
