Too slow and not paying attention to details.

My car was there for 2nd service with no complaints. There was just oil change and whatever is required for 2nd service. It took almost 2.5 hours for those things which should have been faster. I dropped my vehicle at around 9.15, the vehicle was recieved by them around at 10 and could only go out around at 12.30. that's too much of time. I had only one issue which I had mentioned on the drop off kiosk was to change the battery of key fob. They didn't do that until the person came to hand me over and I asked whether it was done. I don't expect the service to get done in 10 mins, but if it was going to take long enough, I should have been notified, so that I don't seat there wasting my time. But nobody bothered, and I had asked a guy in between asking how long it will take, he said very soon it's going to be done. But it took an hour after that too.. I had other queries with my car also, but I never bothered asking since the crew was so inefficient and inattentive.

time to assess car was prolonged and payment of bill was prolonged and no inspection form

I was not informed that you would provide UBEr taxi at your expense when time was short as I had a vaccine appointment that day. On return by Uber I waited 20 minutes to pay the bill. Furtherore the inspection form was not provided to me and I am not sure the oil was changed or oil filter changed.

First time at Jackson's Toyota in Barrie. Great service! Had 2 Toyota Canada recalls on my 2013 vehicle resolved promptly and courteously. Also, the new "contactless" checkout is fantastic.

I had an excellent experience, Sales Rep Brent was fantastic, he was patient, knowledgeable, and provided great service - not your 'typical' car salesman - he goes above and beyond. Definitely recommend him.

I we most like not bring my vehicle back, I know if I do my own work on my truck it’ll get inspected right. Also we not be buying any other vehicles from Jackson Toyota or remain to friends or family

Giving 3 stars only because of the amazing service advisor DERRICK who went above and beyond! Texted, called, and checked in often throughout my 4 week wait to get my car back. Lost the both keys to my brand new Highlander while at the cottage up north. Had to get it towed 200km down to Jackson's Toyota. There they told me they didn't have stock of a new fob, but it would be 1-3 days...which turned into 2 weeks and still no sign of a new key. At a day shy of 4 weeks, I finally contacted Toyota's Head Office. I received a response within an hour where they contacted the parts manager at Jacksons - who miraculously had a key that same day for me! I realize it is my fault to have lost my keys, but to wait 4 WEEKS for a new key (and may have been longer had I not contacted Head office) is rediculous. My car sat in their lot for an entire month while I had nothing to drive - I'm sure there is a way they could have grabbed a second key off of an unsold car on the lot to program for me until the new set came in! Derrick was wonderful though - he attempted to talk to the parts manager to see if there was anything he could do to get a key, as well as arranged around my schedule once I finally got notice of a new key as I was coming from 2 hours away to pick it up again.
