Told my 2010 Tacoma possible needed a few thousand dollars work. Asked for an appraisal, told my truck was worth 1000 on trade in. Next day, contacted by a friend of a employee of Toyota who wanted to buy my truck, and felt 7500 was a fair asking value. You tell me, are they scamming/ screwing customers???

Been a long time customer (15+ years) and when looking for our new vehicles, Jeff and the staff at Jackson's were there to extend the service and support we have come to know and appreciate! Thank you for making our investment an exciting, easy, and stress-free experience. Grateful!

It takes a lot of effort to make these appointments happen. We dropped the car the night before etc I wasn't expecting to pay $75 and have nothing done to the car? It comes across as a money grab which leaves a bad taste for future business. What really bothers us is that the drivers side mirror is broken and there was no mention of it? If the appointment is for a once over checkup not detailing the broken mirror makes us feel like things were obviously missed.

Oil change, rubber replaced on wiper blades and recall for fuel pump, easy process for COVID practices, friendly team members over the phone with continual updates. Thank you :0)

I brought the car in for a recall. In addition I had the oil changed and the alignment adjusted. You provided Uber rides for me. As mentioned earlier everything went smoothly. The only snag was my doing. I left my Visa card by mistake. When I realized that I called the dealership but it was already closed. I left a message and the amazing young lady at the desk called me just minutes after 8 a.m. the next day to inform me that the Visa card was there. I Very much appreciated the prompt reply.

Firstly the no contact service screen was covered in a bumpy spill and the washroom tv screen was splattered with spots. Disgusting considering we are in the middle of a pandemic. Service was quoted at $64.95 then it was indicated the alignment being off and would cost another $129.00. This occurred within less than 15 of having my vehicle brought in for service. I asked for a printout of the alignment report and a postage size printout was shown to me, which was indecipherable. Then I was told my brakes were paper thin on the front and it would cost me in total over $1500 to do the work before taxes. I felt like I was being taken. Also I had to wait in the waiting room for over 3.5 hours to have my vehicle serviced during a Stay at Home Order, which was risky to my health. My vehicle is 2018 Highlander which cost me over $200 for my last maintenance six months ago. I bought my vehicle brand new from Jackson Toyota, where I have been a customer for over 12 years, and the maintenance costs are outrageous. I am highly disappointed in Jackson Toyota and Toyota in general if this is what is reasonable for maintenance during a pandemic where I rarely take my car out of my driveway.

Horrible experience, and extremely rascist staff. Brent our sales man made promised you couldnt keep just to sell another vechicle off the lot. Before receiving our car it was dirty and wasnt even "detailed" like he said they would. Our keys were out of battery and we had to change them. Before getting the car one would aspect that all fluids are load and topped off... WRONG at automatch and jackson toyota they only carrry about getting your money. We had to top off transmission fluid and the brake fluid. Brent has also not mentioned AT ALL that out car had a rip in the back, and he was arguing that thats the customers duty to bring forward. Everyone in the whole building was extremely rasicm at the old guy in the corner office wanted us to leave and making hand signs to brent to wrapp up our conversation when we were still deciding. But overall I highly suggest you dont come here to buy a car, it better if you spend your money at a dealership that actually care about the customer.
