Recall repairs to air bag

Service contact person was good. Did not like the self serve kiosk. It asked me to register again when I had already set up. I would have much preferred to drop off keys with a person. Even with Covid, this is a very basic task.

Andrew was able to get me exactly what I wanted and put in extra effort to ensure I had the car I wanted even when it was unavailable. He made sure I was comfortable with the car before I left and exemplifies what customer should be everywhere!

Everyone courteous, everyone friendly, everyone helpful. Right from the get go, it was the most pleasant place to be and the people are extremely helpful. Check in and check out was a whiz. No problems and they kept me up on what they were doing. Well done Toyota.
