Friendly staff and service department. Cameron from service department was very friendly and helpful. He took time to explain what was happening with my car and how they will resolve the issue. Good guy to deal with. 😀

It just seems that at this point, you should have a really good handle on scheduling. If I'm booked in at 9am and told I can wait, I shouldn't sit in a waiting room for 4 hours. The employees were fantastic, but after a stretch like that, you still want to yell at somebody. Just get your stuff together and cut this crap out.

I find the regular maintenance costs as well as their labour for service to be very expensive compared to other repair shops.
