We were so pleased with our experience buying our RAV4 at jackson Toyota. We started working with Aidan few month ago. We decided back then that we wanted to wait for a little bit. Aidan was GREAT about it. He would call every now and then just to check in on us. I appreciated him keeping in touch with us so much. He knew exactly what we were looking for and when it came time and we were finally ready he sure delivered exactly what we were looking for. We got the exact color we wanted with every single feature we were looking for. When it comes time for our next vehicle we will 100% be back.

Amazing experience. Got a very good deal by Justin.. please be aware when they offer ECP plans. There are many conditions and at the end they will end up discussion with saying we apologize for communication error.

Shout out to the team at Jackson Toyota. Feb 1 our vehicle was stolen (not a Toyota), and both Aiden and Melissa went out of their way to make sure we got into the car we wanted, as well as waiting the 3 plus weeks while insurance took care of the claim. Look forward to being a Jackson Toyota customer, and now driving a Hybrid vehicle.

I was able to confirm my oil change over the phone for the time and date requested. When I arrived , the service technician was very polite and had my oil changed and i was on my way within 20 minutes. Even during this pandemic Toyota continues to provide excellent service.
