GREAT DEALERSHIP

We recently had a Warranty Claim issue and thanks to the staff at Lindsay Buick GMC, the problem was professionally resolved to our total satisfaction. We have been dealing with Lindsay Buick GMC for many years and they have always come through for us. Special thanks to Lana Ricker, John Nicholson and Staff. Lori Nowensky is a tremendous sales person!!!!!!!! She always answers any questions that I/We have with an experienced answer. I honestly have to say we talked to other sales representatives, but none ever reached the honesty and the reliability of Lori. I'm proud to say that Lori has made us a firm future buyer of Lindsay Pontiac. She's worth her weight in gold to this dealership, and both my husband and I hope you appreciate her value and worth to your company. Oil change/ Snow tire

Both the oil change and the installation of my snow tires and the storage of my regular tires went well. As I did not stay will the work was being done, the dealership provided a ride back to my home and quickly picked me up when the work was done.

We were greeted warmly and the recall process began prior to our appointment time and ended ahead of schedule. Suggestions were offered by your parts manager regarding our key pads not working and they were both repaired at a very nominal cost. Thank you to your service and parts personnel for a job well done. Sorry we cannot share our appreciation electronically, however we have told many of our friends and relatives of our pleasant experience with Lindsay Buick GMC. Thanks again, and Happy New Year!

I had the back brakes repaired and the work was done in the time estimated.

When my repair work was being done I was informed of another repair that needed to be done. I agreed to have it done in a couple of days although it could have been done at this visit but I didn't have the time to stay at the garage that long. I was treated respectfully and felt that I was treated as a customer should be treated.

Our truck was in for changing over to winter tires. Service was performed quickly and the truck was sent to the was station. Being a truck it did not come out quite as clean as it could have but it was better than it was when it went in.
