The whole experience of buying my first car was very frustrating and nerve racking but after going to Honda and talking to Meghan Rempel all the worries were blown away… She knew what she was talking about and was very willing to answer any questions I had and was very considerate of my needs in the buying process! Highly recommend going through her when purchasing any car from this dealership. The finance manager Manoo was also very knowledgeable in what he does and helped clear any confusion i had! Thanks for the awesome experience guys! Keep up the great work!!

I enjoyed the great service from @carsbyrahul. Rahul drove accross to pick me up at my door step and the car is the one of the perfect and helped me to settle the deal I want. Would highly recommend their service to anuone who wants to buy a HONDA in winnipeg.

Purchased a used truck from this dealership with on going issues. Worst customer support. Can never get ahold of anybody after you buy. And when you do, its always will call you right back. We will help you out!! Sold us a vehicle that never got cleaned. You would Think cleanliness would come first due to covid. Salesman gave us the "As Is where is" speech, that right there should have been a reason to walk away from the deal but we figured maybe, just maybe everything was going to be fine. Not sure how a used vehicle passed the safety when it never had heat. Drove 8 hrs to get home with a newborn in a vehicle only having a tiny hole to look out of. Inside the speedometer would frost and fog up so you wouldn't even be able to see your speed. Vehicle would also randomly stall on the road multiple times not knowing the battery was a complete dud Long list of Numerous other issues we still have yet to get fixed. We tried to get the dealership to help out with the cost of some of the repairs, but zero luck. We also asked about potentially returning the truck but got the "you already signed the paperwork" speech. Sent in receipts of just some of the repairs because they said they would atleast see what they can do. But that didn't get very far.. I guess that's what you get when you buy a dodge from a Honda dealership.

my vehicle was at the auto body shop for some work....it had to be brought to Honda to have some calibration done...Honda, I guess did a look to see what else the vehicle needed....saw that I had an appointment in a week...called and asked if they could do all the work that was scheduled the following week..they got it all done and the vehicle was still ready at the time it was to be picked up from the auto body shop. It saved me a trip the following week! I was very happy about the thoughtfulness of this.
