Was in at my appt time and finished the oil change in 4o minutes. Much faster then many previous visits.

Macleod explained clearly the diagnosis about my blown tire & the time needed (two days) to bring in the replacement. Also spelled out an option of taking it elsewhere to try to straighten the rim. Here' s the exceptional service from Macleod: my blown tire was left in the trunk. I didn't notice it until a couple of days later. When I called Macleod, he volunteered to drive to my house to pick it up in his own vehicle after work, which he did! It was an impressive display of service about which I have already told some friends and will to many others. Thank you Macleod!

Very happy with the oil change that was provided by the Service Team at Winnipeg Honda.They were quick and very courteous. I was even more impressed to be shown the used air filters which actually needed replacing, rather than only being told they needed replacing sight unseen. Thank You Service Team!

It seemed odd to me that with a 2022 CRV I should be experiencing a dead battery. Twice I had to deal with Roadside Assistance. When phoning Winnipeg Honda to see if I could bring the vehicle in, I wanted to speak to someone in service, but I couldn’t get passed the woman at reception who told me she couldn’t guarantee service that day. This is not the first time I haven’t been able to speak to service personnel. Frustrating.

Staff was friendly and professional but when a repair was done they denied my request to use my comprehensive warranty coverage that I had purchased. The explanation was I my mind a dishonest interpretation of a grey area in the policy. As a result I will not be returning to this facility in the future.
