Excellent service, Jessica greeted me with a smile explained the service being done and an estimate when it would be completed. Offered me a complementary car wash which I took advantage of. Great first service experience for my Tucson

I just recently took my car in for the third time for ongoing noise. I was told that none of the items in question are covered under warranty. I was required to pay $200, although issues were not repaired. I have had rust on my car since it was 1 year old in the same spots. It has been fixed 3x but continued to happen in the same spot, I was told that these are stone chips which is impossible due to the rest being on the edge of the hood and edge on the trunk. Of course the spot on the hood was budding making this corrosion opposed to rust. My husband spoke to the manager and we were still required to pay for half the work, although this went on for months with no return phone calls. Hyndaii clearly does not stand behind their product and customer service is definitely lacking. I would never purchase hyndaii again.

Pat was really great to deal with - appreciated his "no pressure" approach and communication was good. Even though my delivery date of my vehicle was delayed by a few weeks, I will definitely recommend him and would buy from him/Murray Huyndai again

My car radio cuts out or turns to static whenever I hit a bump. Of course, it was not on warrantee, and I paid over $1,000 to the Hyundai dealership to no avail. The problem still persists, mostly on AM radio. My Santa Fe clunks into a higher gear as I try to pick up speed while entering Bishop Grandin from Pembina Hwy and at other times when I am trying to accelerate. Some clunks are truly startling. Again: checked by dealership and not fixed.

Reported clunking in front end and paid for check. Among suggested items was brake fluid flush etc. Not a big issue. But total was crazy for a 9 + yr old car. Went for steering rack and ball joints. Original clunking noise and ride are absolutely unchanged. On plus side, service was VG and no pressure when I declined items. Thanks

Our sales person Warren was friendly and very courteous. He proceeded quickly to finding out what type of car we were interested in. He then procured a vehicle for a test drive for us. He accompanied us, directed the route and the type of features he wished to point out. He was able to demonstrate several features by directing the driver to try them. We felt that Warren was an honest salesperson. He followed up with any requests we had.

Our Service Desk person was excellent and handled every issue with professionalism and with utmost courtesy and genuine concern to have my issue resolved. As for service technician(s), twice the vehicle was returned to me without proper testing, to ensure everything was functional, before the car was turned back to me. I would suggest the process or procedures for repair need a little 'tweaking'. Otherwise I would have had no issue giving this a 5 star rating.
