My salesperson accommodated my schedule to get me into a vehicle ASAP due to my previous vehicle being written off. When I explained my wants and needs in a vehicle, he made sure I was driving away with the Hyundai that would fill those needs and put a smile on my face.

I always have a great experience with Murray Hyundai. Staff are friendly, service appointments are always good. I lost a tire and the staff took care of handling all the insurance paperwork. Anytime I need to change an appointment there's never a problem and many options available to suit my schedule.

Terrible service. I've brought my car here twice and it is still under manufacturers warranty. We brought it in with a few minor issues which they addressed but billed us over 100$ WITHOUT consulting us before de-icing it. A shock when you're supposed to have bumper to bumper coverage and the ice was not detrimental to the car. Our next issue was with a regular maintenance (oil change) they did not put the oil cap on properly and our car was spilling oil. Thankfully the problem was discovered by someone else before it could ruin our car. I called them a week ago and was told a manager would call me to discuss the issue. It's been a week!!!! I'm not expecting a call anymore and plan on visiting them when I get a chance.
