Nelson provided me with information of cars in its class by the competitor such as the Nissan Murano. He did a great job selling the Santa Fe. I did not feel an overbearing sales pressure. The staff provided me with competitive pricing for the vehicle I was interested in.

I had a less then appropriate experience with this dealership. Aside from being provided a vehicle until mine came in...purchasing the vehicle was full of hassels. Afterwards I had purchased winter tires from the dealership and had them put on. The following season when my summer tires and rims went on I noticed they had been damaged. As in the mechanics who took them off scratched the area surrounding the lugs. When I brought it up at my next service appointment the gal was less then helpful. Stating there was nothing that could be done. On two separate occasions I tried to speak with the manager. Both times I was giving a run around and told he would contact me which he never did. So long and short what I took away from the service I received from this company. It's okay that our mechanics do substandard work on your vehicle. It's "normal" that your rims will be scratched following tire maintenance. FYI- I also purchased the tire and rim protection plan with my vehicle. The plan apparently did not cover this type of problem and I was told by the service representative there is nothing we can do. As I mentioned earlier the manager wouldn't make time to see me or return a phone call. Very disappointed. I would give 0 stars but I don't think it's an option.

Our salesman Nelson was keen about the product, interested in us as people, patient with our questions and had to go out into the cold several times to start up and bring us vehicles so we could test drive them. We did not feel pressured to buy. The rest of the staff from sales manager, to GM to service clerk were all polite and patient and thorough. When we tried to buy insurance and the MPI system was down, we were quickly provided with a temporary insurance certificate by the Murray staff so that we could still drive our new vehicle home that evening. When our new vehicle did not start a couple of times in the first week, the sales staff and GM made sure that a loaner car was provided quickly and our car dealt with. In general we were please with the experience and would both return for another purchase, and recommend Murray Hyundai to other buyers.

I have been coming to Murray Hyundai for over 2 years now - first to the service department where both the car and I received very good treatment and care. Most recently I dealt with the sales team and finance team for a trade in of my old Hyundai and purchase of a new one - and the good treatment has continued. I had reservations, concerns and lack of knowledge - all issues were dealt with fully and without my being made to feel like an idiot when I asked some pretty basic questions. Well done ...
