Good experience. They were running behind so they didn't call to advise me of some of the smaller things that needed to be done (replacing air filter, etc.) but they gave me detailed list on the service sheet so I can go back.

I have had to bring my 2009 santa fe in for maintenance now on several occasions. Jessica has always provided me with great customer service and she truly cares about the customer's needs. She has dealt with my questions / concerns professionally so that I can make an informed decision. She has a very friendly and helpful attitude. She always makes every effort to ensure that my concerns are met. On the latest visit, I was provided with a courtesy vehicle to ensure that my day proceeded seamlessly while my vehicle was in for maintenance. Truly appreciated that. Nelson was very welcoming, helpful and pleasant. He brought the vehicle into the service area before our test drive so we didn't have to go outside to view it in cold weather. When we went to pick up our new vehicle, Nelson spent a long time going over all of the features and made sure we knew how to use them. After we had the vehicle for a couple of weeks, we wanted to order an additional accessory from the parts department and Nelson was there to help us. Very happy with our new vehicle and our experience at Murray Hyundai.

Tony was exactly what I required to perform this transaction. He deals rapidly and efficiently via email to co-ordinate things. He asks the important questions, answers even the odd questions with experience and knowledge. What he doesn't know he will rapidly acquire an answer to. This was a relatively painless and quick car buying experience which was wonderful.

First off this email is addressed to a Robert and I am not Robert. Second my Sirius Radio trial apparently started on the 2nd....I did not get the car until the 7th and the Sirius radio was not up and running until the 18th. Had to drive back to the dealership because rear tail light wasn't working. Tony was very nice and professional. It would be nice if someone offered to extend my Sirius radio another 2 weeks.
