Sonata brought in for #3 service at 8:30 a.m. Service advisor indicated it would likely take all morning but that she would keep us updated. Never received a call at all. Phoned in and got her answering machine at 12:30.Received a call back at 1:00 and she advised some issues in the back that morning but car should be ready at 2:00. We drove down around 2:20, service advisor not available. We were advised to go in and talk to the cashier .She advised car not ready yet but did have the invoice. Car finally ready at 2:45 .Lengthy time frame to do the servicing, no update,no response to email forwarded on your website..AND if the service advisor had told us the cabin filter needed replacement we could have had that done at the same time .

Each time I go into the service department I am acknowledged immediately , even if they are busy with other customers then, when free, they come to me to find out the purpose of my visit and get right on to answering my questions and/or writing up a work order.

Remote starter was disconnected. Been back twice to the dealership and it is still not working. It was working fine prior to the technician disconnecting it.

needed to order parts for a repair, took a week to get parts in and they were not the correct parts had to wait for parts had to bring my car in 3 times got a rental for the last trip but still had to pay for insurance - took lots of my time!!!

Very friendly and took the time to explain features on car before we left dealership very thorough Evan Hoger was the fellows name. No haggling on price (did not make us wait)

Jessica was very courteous and pleasant. She explained clearly what was suggested for the maintenance service. I also tried the shuttle service for the first time. It was very convenient and worked out very well around my schedule for the day.

I had to wait a bit for my car when I arrived; however, I appreciated the courteous nature of those that served me and explained the situation. They also provided me with a free car was because it was late in the day and I really didn't want to wait...so thank you. Kim Liban
