Nelson was open and honest with me right from the beginning. I walked into the dealership not knowing what I wanted, he listened and very much understood my situation. He helped me get a brand new vehicle that really met my needs. Nelson is very patient, understanding, courteous, and doesn't fool around :)

I had helped my father in law with leasing a new Elantra in October. He loved it but ran into a few starting issues last month. This was diagnosed and repaired and we are back to full satisfaction. Thank you!

Overall a great experience. Evan was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the vehicle and was a pleasure to deal with. I was unhappy because the receptionists informed us we could pay for our vehicle (approx 4,000 balance) by credit card and we could not. To make a long story short this delayed me picking up my vehicle. We were told they could not accept credit card payment due to bankers fee, and I was surprised the dealership wouldn't pay the fee in response to their error.

My sales representitive, Mr Ojeda, listened and carefully considered what I was looking for in a vehicle and was attentive to finding me one that worked within my budget. The process of finding the perfect pre-owned vehicle happened quickly and efficiently thanks to him. The finance department worked slightly less efficiently which resulted in a small delay in getting my vehicle. None of which affected the final outcome which was quite satisfactory.
