Had a good experience with Tim from sales, I always wanted a jeep and we were able to make it happen, the selection at finch for wranglers seemed the best in london, it was a stress free no pressure experience from the time I walked in, greg thr finance manager was helpful as well giving me options to protect vehicle. They also gave me a fair price on my trade in saving me the hassle of selling myself. I seen finch first like the commericial on the radio says and I'm happy so far with my decision

I enjoyed knowledge that Jordon provided. Very easy to talk with and feel comfortable around. I’m really happy with my purchase and glad I’m back in a truck. If I had anything on the negative side it would be the detailing department noticed more than one area that wasn’t cleaned or missed. Not the greatest to be honest

The service lady was not very nice she failed to mention that it cost to have the peace of mind check and she was kinda snobby about it when I asked her/ besides they should have seen that I need a brake service when I got the jeep not even a year ago so little upset about that too

Emerson was excellent. I got home to find that the wheel nuts had not been tightened on my wife’s Jeep. I’m not going to make a big deal out of this, but the safety implications of having a wheel(s) fly off while on the highway would have been exceedingly dangerous.
