I booked my 2019 cherokee in for an oil change, dropped it off at 8am, and asked how long it would be, and no, I won't be waiting. I was told it would get done right away, and they would call me when it is ready, probably within an hour or so. I called them just after 12pm, and was told that it was ready, come and get it. I got there about 15 minutes later and still had to wait another 15 minutes while they finish it up.

The service advisor was polite and professional. Told me exactly how long it would take and it was almost to the minute. Showed me that new all season tires are recommended and I discussed a quote with the parts manager before I left. It was a good interaction as I didn't feel pressured or anything. Thank you.

Jessica helped me buy a new vehicle today and it was a wonderful experience. She's more than a Salesperson. She treated me as family and answered all my questions patiently. You know, I have been a customer at this location for four years. My service advisor John Reid is excellent. The technicians are talented and excellent. Sous, Cole, Doug and so many many more. What the problem is, is you cannot manage your scheduling!!!! Sales, repair, drive-ins, favored people, existing contracts, and so on, etc. Are all conflicted and conflicting in your appointment scheduling. For God's sake, keep your excellent Techs Happy!!! Recently a bunch QUIT!!! Sorry to say, but the owner of this Finch franchise, is an absolute fuckwit for not keeping on top of his/her business and letting things get this BAD!!! You excellent People. Now MAKE it WORK!! Pretty simple to do. Why haven't you done it???? Make everybody Happy. Techs customers managers forever service advisors sales parts etc. Not too hard. What is your problem??? Thank you.

I booked an appointment for a tire swamp and oil change. Appointment was at 9:30 a.m, and when I came back at 3:45 p.m it wasn’t done. What’s the point of an appointment if you still have to wait all day. My Jeep was finally ready at 4:45 p.m. Not sure if they are overbooking or if they serve customers who wait and complain and not the ones who come back later for their vehicle. Either way I won’t be going back to this dealership for service as this is the second time I had an appointment in the morning with my vehicle still not done when I got back. I live outside of London so all around it’s a hassle for me. They did give me a small discount for my inconvenience. The staff I dealt with was very patient with me but still doesn’t make up for their slow service.
