Great experience Craig was very professional and straight forward when dealing with him. He knew the Wagoneer and the features it had and when there was a question he didnt know he found out the info quickly. My deal went through suprisingly quickly and Craig was also able to expediate the delivery process.

I always change oil of my van at Finch Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram since I have bought it from there in 2019. The service men are honest and very welcoming . I will come back and recommend everyone to go there whenever their vehicle requires to be tuned

Jessica recently helped me find an amazing used vehicle and it was an amazing experience. There was no pressure, she was super helpful and knowledgeable. I was able to contact her anytime I needed and she never made me feel like I was a bother. Jessica even came in on her day off to deliver the vehicle which was above and beyond the expectation I ever had. Jessica is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, She goes the extra mile to make sure her customers feel comfortable and confident with their purchase. When I first contacted Jessica about buying a used car I felt confident in making Jessica my go to sales associate. If you’re in the market for a new or used vehicle and don’t want a pushy sales person Jessica is definitely your go to. I feel comfortable contacting her if I need anything at all. Over all we had a good experience and would recommend the Dealership to anyone. We formally had dealt with South Oakville Chrysler, but since their personnel change we felt we weren't being taken care of. We had purchased 5 vehicles from them and expected a lot more than being treated as a stranger. Hopefully this is a new beginning of a lengthy relationship.
