I shopped a round at various dealers when I chose to trade in my 2013 Wranger, and even considered ones closer to home but ultimately chose to buy from Finch because of their reputation, and customer service. You would be surprised how dismissive some dealers can be! At Finch I couldn't have been treated better! There is a reason Justin is continually the sales person of the month! I recently picked up my 2022 Wrangler 4xe from Finch and could not be happier with the service I received from all Staff. I was trading in my older Wranger Sahara and was apprehensive of trading it in. I got an incredible deal! I had been recommended by my coworkers to go see Justin Thorburn as they all had great dealings with him. Justin is informed, responsive, honest and just darn right easy to talk to. You never feel like you are a nuisance or burden and he always has time for you. He even puts up with your incessant check-ins on order status. ( Thanks for that BTW). I waited almost 6 months for my order to be delivered because of Covid delays and he was always quick to provide me updates when he had them. It is clear Justin loves his job and cars and truly believes in the products he sells. He gets just as excited as you do or maybe even more when you finally drive away with your new car. He sent lots of pictures the second the car arrived off the truck and gets you really excited for your new car adventure. I will be a return customer! Greg in financing was a pleasure to deal with. He worked seamlessly with Justin and had everything sorted out and ready to go. He was adaptive and conducted most of the paperwork over Zoom and took the time to explain all options. Greg took all the worry out of the paperwork and makes you truly fee that you got the best deal. He is prepared, calm and reassuring and knows the ins- and outs of the financing world. I was able to have my interest rate locked in and Greg's responsiveness made that happen. ( Covid inflation is not a joke!) Thanks for all you do guys, you put faith back in car sales! I will not hesitate to recommend Finch to anyone in the future. ~One happy Wrangler girl.
