Routine inspection and oil change went smooth and was completed in a timely manner. Carrie (customer service) was amazing and very knowledgeable. No unexpected charges or fees.

Don't bother wasting your time going to this dealership especially if you have a trade. They'll propose this amazing offer for your car, but won't honor the initial trade value as soon as you're ready to have them start the paperwork.

I've been wanting a Jeep Wrangler for a while, but I didn't know if it was feasible for me. From start to finish, Craig was amazing to work with. As a young female, I often felt like the sales people I met at other dealerships weren't taking my questions - or me as a client - seriously. At Finch, Craig was super helpful, patient, trustworthy, and never made me feel pressured. I would definitely recommend Craig to a friend or family member.
