This company is just scammers, for a free oil change they deceive you and charge you with fake things that are supposed to be guaranteed by the manufacturer and the customer must pay a high price for services that are supposed to be a free after-sales service

5 Stars to Finch!! The service was tol notch, and the help I received from Shannah in the service department was great. My issue with my brand new Jeep Renegade ( from another dealership) was handled by them the best they could in the situation with parts not available and on the slow boat to Canada LoL. They provided a rental car from Enterprise so I could get around during the wait. As I mentioned, this issue was only "dumped" on Finch's lap because I live so close to them and they took care of it. The Service Dept. Shannah and Lori , to the mechanics that got it sorted out deserve a shout out for the effort.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing a used vehicle. The process was stress free and pleasant. Steve was very thorough and knowledgeable. He was able to find me a vehicle that suited my needs. Highly recommended. Will definitely use again in the future.

Yeah so I repaired my car at the same company dealership but not this location but the one by wonderland and Oxford . They charged me $3000 I paid it and found out my car was key marked at least 5 feet on my driver side door. I left my car there to get repaired took a few days . I talked to the manager and he says they didn’t see anything on camera and the workers would not do that. Honestly I bought the Chevy cruise 2015 silver there and always came back as a loyal customer but now I know how they treat their valued customers makes me sick . Also they will fix it with 50% discount that’s just stupid. The one thing I don’t understand is a big company like this cannot pay or take losses for repairs that the car has been damaged on their property someone gatta be accountable for this .

Everyone was pleasant and accommodating. The service I required was relatively quick. While we were waiting, we had plenty of really awesome vehicles to look at.
