Clark approached the sales process with enthusiasm, a willingness to understand my questions/concerns and was prompt in his communications. Stephanie's no pressure approach with the extended warranty presentation and her quick reply to my questions via email was much appreciated as well! Overall a great experience... keep up the fantastic service!

It's all good. But I was under the impression that he was going to have a look at the brakes and pads and rotors and other things that are do. I would have paid for it. I think he just did the oil change. I would still like to know how they are.
