Error in shop but dealt with by customer service

Drove all the way home with a seized caliper after getting brakes serviced in the shop (not test driven before releasing to customer?) was not happy about this as should have been properly assessed before signing off as safe for customer. However, Carrie at reception dealt with it well and we were happy with her customer service.

My experience was absolutely positive. Emerson was the service advisor who greeted and took care of me. He was very pleasant, polite, and helpful. The other service advisor working that day was also pleasant, polite, and helpful. I was very satisfied with the service completed on my truck and how quickly it was done. The level of service proved I made the right decision of leaving my former dealership and coming to Finch. The service manager was amazing. The service area was clean, tidy, and well organized. The office staff were also cheerful and very lovely to deal with. Overall, my experience was top notch. Thank you.

The sway link needed to be replaced and the sliding door was squeezing. Emerson let me know right away what the mechanics found and had my car ready to go before the requested time. Excellent employee
