Technician Did not care about my vehicle

They scratched my rims mounting a new tire, and overfilled my oil by almost 2L, while spilling oil all over my engine compartment causing my vehicle to drip oil all over my driveway

We went to the dealership to purchase a new vehicle and we knew what we wanted and how much we expected to get on our trade in. Craig didn’t waste our time. 10/10 would recommend Craig hardwood to anyone! It was the easiest, most smooth process I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle. He was honest, respectful and very knowledgeable. He was literally available anytime to ask any ridiculous questions I had and had such amazing patience while I was grumpy trying to make the right decision. I can’t thank him enough for all his help and professional support. :) Above and beyond!
