I have a dealership 5min from my house, yet I still choose to drive an hour away to Finch because the service and quality are unbeatable. Always a great experience at the service department here. Well done folks!

The service request included brake assessment and service which did not get done.

There was no call to update the findings on the brakes which we would have liked service while the vehicle was in. We now need to book another day for service an be inconvenienced.

I got an immediate booking for my oil change. They reminded me that I needed to change wiper blades and that's a good thought as I forgot what's needed. Wait time is fine and most are the hospitable welcome and assistance of the Service Managers. They also gave an estimate quote for next visit maintenance so you can refer in case you book again. Thank you for your great service!
