Waiting for days

When someone books their car in for 9am or whatever time, that’s when it should be started on. I had my truck in for an oil change at 9am I didn’t get it back until after 1pm. It should never ever take that long. I booed it in nice and early so I could go to my family Christmas which I had to show up late to because I had to wait for you to work on 10 other vehicles before mine that was booked in for 9am. That just doesn’t make sense why have us book for a time when you’re not going to start working on it at that time. Better organization of time management would be way better to get vehicles in and out faster and in a timely manner. Oil changes don’t take long to do.

Dangerous work, dismissed concerns, aggressive upsells.

Tires incorrectly installed with low tire pressure. Called with concern and was dismissed. Told there are no sensors, I must be mistaken. It takes time for the tires to adjust. <48hrs later I was on the side of the road with a tire off beads and completely flat. Aggressive upsells. Tried to charge for bolts that are covered under warranty. Tried to upsell a brake service without even looking at brakes. This happens every time I’ve gone in. Absolutely will not return. Not for service, not for purchase!
