Terrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs I had a horrible experience with Hyundai Bank. Not only was the service unprofessional, but I also experienced blatant racism during my visit. They sold me a car that had issues from the start, and when I came back to report the noise it was making, the sales manager called me "crazy" and claimed to be a mechanic. To make matters worse, I dropped off the car at their service center and specifically requested a written record for my case, in case I decided to take legal action. It was only after they inspected the car that they admitted something was wrong with the engine. This level of dishonesty and disregard for customers is unacceptable. I do not recommend this place to anyone. I’ve never felt so belittled, disrespected, and called crazy by a place a bought a $30,000 vehicle from.

I had a very good experience at Bank Street Hyundai dealership. Nice guys named Paul, Ashur, and Ali helped me throughout the entire process of buying a car—from choosing to making contact—and I received my car super quickly, right after just one day.
