I didn't talk to any of the sales reps this time we were looking for a particular car they didn't have .I have however purchase a car from them in the past 1992 Chevy Lumina 4 door no issues, ran good for years at the time of purchase they honored all my requests to the things i wanted changed at no extra costs but be warned they don't negotiate, what is on the window is the true cost .This was the thing they stood by firmly ,this might be different now so ask so go over your car carefully......good luck
