They were true to their word. They honoured the ticket price and even though it was a typo in the As-Is sticker, they took almost $1000 off the price.

No haggling Efficient Respectful No hassle Quick service The As-Is car had a typo of includes oil change and certification. They ended up reducing the price so that it could be certified for that price.

I have had to go back to the dealership 4 times to have 2 issues fixed at my expense of time and fuel. I found the guys at the front desk of service very personable and polite. Unfortunately getting my truck back after the third visit started to run my patients thin. Firstly somebody moved my truck to the shop with dirty boots and left muddy foot prints on the carpet. I had just vacuumed it out two days before. Then when I got my truck home the trim piece that was removed to fix the wing mirror was not secured back properly because the clip was broken and it was left like that. After calling back and sending a picture I was told by a woman on the phone. it must have been because he only had 20 minutes to fix the truck. Which is untrue. I had asked how long it would take as I had to get back to my kids at home for 9 to help them get ready with home school. When the guys at the front desk said that might not happen I told them that’s fine it is what it is no problem. I have been more than understanding as things are missed and I would have left a more positive review but the comment eluding to the fact that. I had only given the mechanic 20 minutes was the excuse for his poor workmanship crossed the line.

The staff at Haldimand Motors were very accommodating and great to work with. Their actions and the way that they conduct their business was evident that the customer comes first mentality is their priority. I will definitely go back when the time comes to purchase another vehicle.

I received a very cold response on a car I was interested to purchase with cash in hand!! No hello or greetings or any sort of friendless, instead I receive response saying “we don’t accept any offers or negotiate on our cars” I find that to be very amusing, considering large dealerships such as Volkswagen, Toyota and even other used car dealerships are open to negotiate a offer with potential clients. I will not be bringing any potential business and will instead deal with a rather polite and reasonable car dealership. Amazing there’s no negotiations on any used cars here considering the BIG DEALERS negotiate on pricing even when you purchase a brand new car. Disappointed from the rude response.
