Firstly we have bought cars at Clarington Honda, Clarington Hyundai, Clarington Toyota, OMS and Fraser Ford. We came to Roy Nichols not expecting much but it was Gary Arsenault that really shined and made our experience here special. From his friendly patient demeanour, to his expert product knowledge, his professional nature and his transparency throughout the whole process we have never felt so comfortable with anyone or at any other dealership. Gary made car shopping comfortable and exciting again. My only regret is not finding him sooner. The dealership itself is laid out simply, was clean and had a great selection of vehicles. Thanks Gary! See you again in a few years.

I recently had a tonneau cover installed on my truck. I was in and out of the dealership in 45 minutes. The waiting area was nice, clean and quiet. Great experience all around.
