Was a little hesitant about taking my Nissan to a GM dealer to have some minor Parts fixed but Daniel in the service department was absolutely wonderful about getting the parts I needed he called around until we found the right price and they put them both on in about 10 minutes I will absolutely use them to purchase my next vehicle

1 Star is too good. I have never had a worse expierence. Needing a driver's abstract to buy a vehicle, and not waiting long enough for me to get one. Offering to prepay the vehicle in full and wait for it to come in before releasing it. Getting someone to return a phone call is impossilbe. Luckily there are other places to deal.

Excellent service at Roy Nichols! Friendly reception, comfortable waiting room and quick oil change. Fill up of windshield washer fluid was a nice touch.
