Sales team is fantastic however service advisors upsell on maintenance that is far from being required. Didn't adequately explain service to my spouse this morning and decided that a brake service rather than free inspection was required as part of a tire change/rotation on a vehicle with LESS than 18000km when standard would be over 28000km for this service. And before anyone from the dealer was to comment on how the service was explained, the key is adequately, if it was, she would never have agreed to that particular service given the km on the vehicle/brakes and you wouldn't have a 1* review. Would not recommend their advice and would see mills in Oshawa or an independent mechanic before ever returning.

I recently purchased a 2018 Chevrolet Volt and live in Kingston. Buing a car that is not close to where you live is always a challenge when it comes time to pick it up. John Christie the salesman that sold me the car made it very easy by driving to Oshawa picking me up at the train station so I can complete the purchase and drive away with the new to me car. This dealership is one that the advertised price is the one you pay, there is no markup for paying cash. When I'm looking for another car I would definitely consider Roy Nichols Motors again.

Have been storing and getting winter tire service for several years for multiple family vehicles. Have also purchased 2 vehicles. Each time the Service has become progressively sloopy and Customer Service poor. I decided to take brand new 2mo old VW there for winter tires. When seasonal tires were put back on, tires were brown and rims had black marks and what appeared to be scratches. When I returned with the scratched rims, they were able to buff out and clean, and indicated it was from storage. I requested bagging for future storage and was disappointed I had to return to have rims restored to the state in which they were left in their care. I went this past weekend to get my winter tires on only to learn that a winter tire stored was punctured and I would have to purchase a new tire as it was 100% improbable that this could happen during storage. What is more improbable is that a Service Technician could fail to notice this when removing and bagging for storage. Simple service standards and practices like replacing caps with Logo's upright, cleaning and problem resolution are non-existent. Roy Nichols has lost our families business over a couple hundred dollars and poor business practices.

Completely incompetent. Would avoid bringing your vehicle here at all cost. Brought my truck here for an insurance claim. They told me the work was done but I heard a noise while driving around. They let me leave the lot with a rotor that was completely split in half. Now I'm hearing other noises and their mechanics are deaf and don't know how to test a cv shaft.
