Terrible customer service and below average cleaning standards. Came to look at a pre- owned trucks and they all had the GM “Enhanced Vehicle Cleaning” stickers on them. Tell me how there was a cigarette in the back seat of the first one. Cigarettes ashes in the vents in the second truck. Pet hair in the third one. Greg was condescending and incompetent. He tried to lie to us and said no one smoked in the second truck we looked at, yet the ashes were clearly visible in the air vents. (See attached for photos.) Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

What a great experience, we love our new XT6 and Dana Golden did a awesome job with the delivery. The social distances measure in place at the dealership were excellent. The staff at OMS had the vehicle ready and it was in beautiful condition, sparkling clean. Dana did a fantastic job of showing all of the features of this vehicle in a clear and concise manner. I would encourage anyone looking to buy a new GM vehicle to visit OMS.

In Service "Disgruntled workers" , to say the least... don't even greet you . Just all around terrible experience, the only thing that made my experience good was my Grandson .
