If I could give zero stars I would. THEY CONTACTED ME after seeing my ad selling a car on kijiji and asked if I would consider consigning it with them. I told them initially I wasn't interested because I had a feeling of being screwed over. A couple weeks passed by, a few text messages between myself and the sales managers I decided to give Bryan the sales manager a call. We settled on a price I would take home and he said there wouldn't be an issue getting me that price from the pictures and description he saw online. I set up an appointment time, drove two hours in....got to dealership waited 15/20 mins only to find out Bryan didn't come into work and I wasn't notified. The other sales manager Cody eventually took over. During our meeting he basically said my car was worth nothing and I would have a hard time selling it for what I wanted. I have had a couple (3) appraisals done on it so know it's value. Their offer to me was SUBSTANTIALLY LOWER than the original that was discussed. While I was in my meeting my friend who made the drive with me was outside listening to salesmen say how easy it is and how hot and high used cars are selling for.....my car is in excellent condition with low kms. Older yes, but in immaculate condition with new windshield, 2 sets of tires and rims and inside looks new. Long story short typical used car salesmen that like to screw people over. Do not recommend them at all.

In a day and age where customer service is low that is not the case in anyway at Sherwood Honda. Merv and his team ensure you are treated like a VIP. Aman was our salesman and was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. If you want a great deal and to be valued. Stop in and speak to Merv and Aman.

I brought my car here for out of province inspection, following an AWFUL experience at Wheaton Honda. The customer service here is awesome, especially Tyler, and more more reflective of the great Honda experience I was used to at Destination Honda Burnaby, having just moved from Vancouver. I'll be making the trip from near South Common to Sherwood for all of my regular service needs, totally worth it!

Brought my Odyssey for a basic service on Janurary 26, 2024. The tech filled all 4 of my tires to 50 PSI, the maximum listed by the tire manufacturer, rather than the 35 PSI recommended by Honda.

I forgot my daughter Jacket on Feb 10, 2024 when my Honda pilot due for maintenance!!I called in to make sure is still in there! The front desk told me yes! Still there. So I came back all the way from hinton today February 24, 2024!! The front desk told me Somebody stole it front lost and found!!big company doesn’t care for the item! That customer we lost what more!?!!!I know is just small things! But why they didn’t keep it?!’ I’m so upset they can just told me! It losted so that I don’t have to waste my time to pick up for nothing!! I make sure I will not patronize this dealership!! Please hired people with knowledge..

I'm always worried about dealer Service Departments overcharging. HOWEVER, just took my "NEW-TO-ME" 2018 CR-V here for a rattle sound in the suspension. Assuming a call for at least $2000, they repaired it for only the 1 hour service fee. Highly recommend taking your Honda to this dealership service department.
