I bought a 2011 honda CRV. This was my first time buying a vehicle from dealer. They set the bar high. It was probably the best experience someone could have had buying a used vehicle. I called to check if they still had it available, and was able to come check it out within 20minutes. Drove down and met with a young salesman “Zeke Palino”, who was super friendly and personable. There was not one moment I was made to feel like I was buying “a used old model”, they treated me like a priority customer the moment I walked in the door. They were willing to negotiate price. I was just going to check the car out, but purely because of how friendly they were, the quality of vehicle, and the fact that they were not “pushy salesman”, I signed paper work, left a deposit, and drove it off the lot within 48hrs(with a full tank of gas, car washed, inside detailed, and Zeke even got rid of the fog on the headlights). Even though I was buying the car outright, when I went to the finance department to finish the purchasing, finance was just as friendly, and provided great recommendations. I STRONGLY advise you meet with Zeke if you are wanting to purchase a vehicle from Sherwood Honda. When I am ready to be looking for a new vehicle, this will be the very first place I go to. . I’ve owned the car for two weeks, absolutely no issues.

This is my second vehicle purchased from this location. Both Hoang and Arpan were friendly and made the process smooth and mostly stress-free. Hoang was able to answer all my questions with patience and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. I really enjoyed doing business with him and love my new car! Highly recommend working with them if you’re in the market for a new vehicle!

I had just left a dealership in the West End feeling disappointed and ready to give up on getting a new car that day.
