Tyler McLeod in the service department is always available and accommodating. He is honest and will give you the advice you need to make the right decision. The entire service team is top notch. The communication and shuttle service is also very well done.

I had an outstanding experience at Sherwood Honda - a huge thank you to Huong and Ritchie. From start to finish, the process was transparent, professional, and refreshingly straightforward. I had experiences at other dealerships where I was immediately asked what I did for work or was ignored, but that was absolutely not the case here. Huong and Ritchie treated me with respect and professionalism - exactly the way every customer should be treated when making such an important purchase. Ritchie’s expertise was exceptional - he knew every feature of the car and seamlessly set me up with HondaLink before I drove away. Both he and Huong provided factual, upfront information and, they allowed me time to think without any pressure. There were no gimmicks, no unnecessary waiting, and they delivered on every promise from the first conversation to driving my new car off the lot. The financing and purchasing process was also quick and stress-free with Shibani, making the entire experience simple and easy. And, I bought the coolest car ever from them - the new Honda Civic Hatchback Hybrid Sport Touring - and I LOVE it! My experience with Sherwood Honda always have been a extremely satisfactory as they have the best staff. Their Senior Finance Manager 'Indy Sharma' is a perfectionist for her job. She guided us with the best Financial plan and whatever can be best in customer's as well as her company's interest. In other short words I can definitely say without any other thought that she is a top notch beyond the words I have in my vocabulary. I would recommend her to everyone who visits this location that go for her advice. There's a limit to 5 stars here whereas she deserves 7 Stars for her knowledge and efforts she puts in her job.

Just purchased a used 2012 Acura TL from Sherwood Honda. From the get go, Peter was very pleasant to deal with. He was transparent, kind and helpful with the sale of the Acura. He didn't play any typical car salesman tricks or entice me to buy any additional services. Just an honest salesman. My car was ready for pick up and in the end I was a happy customer. Merv, who is part owner of Sherwood Honda came by to introduce himself and congratulate me on my purchase. A great overall car shopping experience. Bonus points for being a family owned dealership and not part of an auto group. They still have morals and values and don't see people as dollar signs. A job well done to the team at Sherwood Honda.

Model-2024 Crv Sport Changing this review because I was genuinely helped today. My car would not start at all during these cold days. I got it serviced last week and there were some gaps in information. I believed that my tires were rotated but I was not charged for it because they were not. The battery was checked and a diagnostic was run but it showed up perfectly. Then having to boost the car every day and not even being able to leave work really disappointed me especially since it's a new car. Today I went in with my father to get the issues sorted. Darin was really understanding even when we were kind of heated. The car ended up not starting even when it was in the heated service garage. Darin ran a diagnostic on the spot and obliged to change the battery. There was a supervisor who was kind of rude to us and said that he didn't want our business if we kept leaving bad reviews. The one star is missing because of some things said by the supervisor. Other than that, Darin, Bernard and the service team are all really nice and helpful. Thank you Darin and sorry about anything hurtful that was said!

I took my car in for a service on Saturday February 8 2025. On the following Monday it was -33 and my car did not start. I looked at the inspection sheet and my battery was marked as "Good". I called and asked Tyler about the battery as only having "good/bad" as options is a little vague on something like a battery. He said his tech did not say anything about the battery and then he told me maybe I just needed a boost. I waited 6 hours and tried my car again and it barely started. I took it for a drive to try and get a charge in the battery and to put Km on so I could get the retorque done. When I got there I asked Tyler if it was a lot of work test the battery to see the condition it was actually in and he said that normally they have to drive it into the Shop, disconnect the battery and hook it up to a tester. Then he said it could be the starter and not the battery. No help on the phone call, no help in person. I Tuesday my car did not start again. I replaced the battery when the voltage in the morning said 11.9V. I messaged Sherwood Honda and Darin told me they do a quick check on the battery but not actually test them. I know now that items on the inspection sheet are not accurate at all. What else cannot be trusted? I lost $800 in wages for 2 days missed work because of the battery they told me was "good". I also now have to get a tire balance and an alignment done. My car tracked perfectly with no vibration on Friday. On Monday (didn't hit the highway in Sunday) my car pulls really hard to the right and the steering wheel shakes. Another $300 out of pocket. An $800 service turned out to another $1100 for me. I have brought my vehicles to Sherwood Honda for every service or repair for 15 years. If I can't trust the Inspection sheet to be accurate, and they wouldn't take 3 minutes to actually load test the battery then I will no longer use them. "Sherwood Honda, Sure would love to help you", you lost a customer for life.

Car shopping has never been my idea of a good time. In fact, I’d rank it somewhere between getting a tooth pulled and assembling IKEA furniture without the instructions. So, when I walked into this dealership, I was already on high alert, fully expecting the usual swarm of salespeople descending on me like bears to honey. But to my surprise, that never happened. Instead, I was greeted politely and given space to look around without any pressure, something I’ve never experience at dealerships. Once inside, I was met with professionalism and transparency. The sales associate took the time to explain everything clearly, breaking down pricing and charges without any hidden surprises. Every question I had was answered directly, and at no point did I feel like I was being pushed toward a decision. Once we left, I asked my girlfriend if she even felt pressured or was asked once to buy a vehicle, and she said, “Now that you mention it, no, not once.” That’s something I’ve never experienced before at any dealership and should be the golden standard. Other dealerships, sit down, shut up, listen, and take notes! The entire process was straightforward and stress free, and the sales and finance team went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my purchase. They even threw in some additional perks, which was a great touch. I’ve NEVER given a dealership review before, but this experience was genuinely different. If you’re looking for a dealership that values honesty and customer satisfaction, I highly recommend Sherwood Honda. And if you want to work with someone who will give you the full picture without any gimmicks, talk to Ritchie. He was professional, upfront, made you feel like family, and genuinely focused on making the buying process as smooth as possible. He laid out the full price, explained every charge in detail, and made sure I understood exactly what I was paying for, something that’s hard to find in this industry.
