I didn’t think it was going to happen—especially since I planned to use my old car as a deposit. But then I met Jessie. He completely turned my day around. We got our work done for our car(steering wheel)on March 24 and when we were coming back to Fort McMurray , after one hour when we left from Edmonton, the plate attached to the engine broke down and we called them and did not got any response at first and then they told me that We will give you a call tomorrow but I received a call after 2 days . I am very disappointed with the service and I travelled with that issue the whole route. It was very difficult for us to reach home as we stopped 6-7 times in between at the highway to fix the plate but it kept falling down as we move forward.

NEVER buy a used vehicle from this dealership. I bought a 2019 Ridgeline that was advertised as a “Honda certified” used vehicle and paid a premium for it. Only to discover it needed $4000 worth of repairs, and they left me high and dry. Please learn from my misfortune.. Also just noticed my trade in vehicle is on their site for sale, and they have it listed as “one owner, no accidents” and I can tell you with all certainty both of those details are a lie. Buyer beware!

Even though I didn’t end up purchasing my car from Sherwood Honda, I had a great experience working with Peter. He was professional, knowledgeable, and never pushy. He took the time to show me the Honda Civic Hybrid, answer all my questions, and made sure I had all the information I needed to make the best decision for me. Worst experience. I don’t recommend this dealership and never will! Not honest and trustworthy at all I drove half hour to buy the car and was talking to a used car agent and she call me couple mins before I even arrived telling it was sold! Even though I was talking to her all morning about the car and we agreed. Defense don’t recommend
